By accessing or using SimplexCoach, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
SimplexCoach provides a coaching management platform for fitness and nutrition coaches and their clients. The service is currently in pre-launch / beta and is provided "as is" during this period.
You agree not to use SimplexCoach for any unlawful purpose, to harass or harm others, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems, or to transmit harmful or abusive content.
Your use of SimplexCoach is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.
During the beta period, SimplexCoach is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SimplexCoach shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify waitlist members of material changes by email.
